The consultation form

The form asks for your name, email address, phone number and an optional message. Please provide a parent or guardian’s contact details when asking about lessons for a child.

When you submit the form, your contact details and message are sent to Web3Forms, which processes the request and emails it to mayomusicschool@gmail.com. Web3Forms may retain submissions according to its policies and account settings. This website does not save submissions in its own database.

After you send a request

Web3Forms and Gmail process the message. Brady uses the details you send to discuss lessons and respond to your questions. Website hosting may also process routine request information, such as IP addresses, to serve the pages.
